J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Phoenix, AZ) en nov. 2015

It was very easy. I applied online. Recieved an email a few days later. Called and scheduled my interview for the following week. The manager asked me one question, how long did I plan on working for Ross. After I answered she said ok we just have to wait for a background check. That was longer then the whole interview process. It took two weeks for my check to come back and there was little communication with the manager. Every time I call she seemed annoyed with me and told me to call the background check company and ask them what was taking so long.

The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
