J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Inglewood, CA) en sept. 2012
Entretien
I literally turned in my application on a Friday. The following Sunday I got a call for an interview Monday morning. The Manager called me back the next afternoon and told me I was hired and was just waiting on my background check (which I knew was clean). A week later I was told to come in the following Monday for orientation.

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
