J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Moreno Valley, CA) en juill. 2015
Entretien
I applied online and spoke to a friend that worked at the store. She told me the hiring managers name so I called the store after submitting my application and asked to speak to the hiring manager. They scheduled me for an interview. For the interview process itself, it took about 25 minutes. I was a recent high school graduate looking for a part time job. They asked me about my availability, if I could handle a job in which the environment is very high paced, they asked if I was familiar with the store itself. After the interview I was called back a few days later and was told I’d undergo a background check and once that clears I would be scheduled for orientation/training. Process took about a month between the initial job application submission and my background check.
