The entire process of this lasted for a few weeks. I experienced having three phone interviews. They were with the college recruiter, a store manager, and a district manager. Most of the questions related to describing moments that involve how you make decisions and solve problems. After the calls, evaluations were sent.

The interview consisted of common behavioral questions and a walk-through of the resume. The format was virtual, and you started off by speaking with a recruiter before moving further in the interview process.

- Then I got an Acceptance or Rejection email/phone call
