J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (New York, NY) en nov. 2018
Entretien
I met the college recruiter at my school's career fair and was able to learn more about the work, what they're looking for, and got her contact information. 3 or 4 days later, received an email to schedule a phone interview for the position. Phone interview was pretty standard (What do you know about Ross, Why Ross, Do you have experiences in Excel, What are things you are trying to improve, etc.). I had not done that much research on the company at that point but I was still able to answer their questions genuinely and concisely.
Received an email a day later saying I was invited to the second round of interviews in a month at their NYC office (they covered all travel). They also let me know the 3 buying managers that would be interviewing me. I did the usual research on their corporate culture, potential interview questions, and job specific details and prepared around 4 or 5 questions each for the interviewers. In-person interview was great, very conversational and it was more like they just wanted to know how you are as a person rather than your technical abilities. I was just able to casually talk about fashion, school, and career choices with them. Definitely helped that I did research though, as I could relate my answers or experiences to the company values or job requirements. Sent thank-you emails a day after, and received an offer later that day! Overall, I'd say the interview was well-organized, the recruiters were courteous and quick, and that I definitely might have over-prepared, but that wasn't a bad thing. Excited to start working there!

I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
