J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Dallas, TX) en juin 2012
Entretien
I applied online and received a call a couple of days later asking to come in for an interview. It was a pretty relaxed interview with the hiring manager. I didn't have any previous work experience so most of the questions I was asked was mostly about myself and when I could start working. No worries!

Question 1
The hardest question I got was about what qualities about myself would help in working at Ross.

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
