I was initially seeking an internship. As their home office is not local, I went for an informational interview. I met with the store manager who asked 'what my goals/objectives were within the company' and conversation spring-boarded from there. Give and take questions for approx. 20 minutes - and proposed forwarding my resume.

Very casual. Had a smooth conversation which flowed very nicely. Asked simple questions to get to know more about me and my experience. Wasn't intimidating at all. Burt was very nice.

Lots of pre-work such as excel exam and personality tests. The girl I met with was perfectly pleasant but they definitely grill you so be prepared with examples of your work you've done.

Video screen with a recruiter then video interviewed with three people. Received an offer within a few days of interview. Everyone e was nice and easy to talk to. Learned about the company.
