After interviewing online I was called a couple of days later and asked to come in for an interview. Upon arrival there were two other girls waiting for their interview time to come. I waited around 30 minutes and the Assistant Store Manager took me upstairs into an empty employee room. She asked me questions (that didn't have yes/no answers, ex: How do you handle an irate customer), asked me about any previous experience, and asked if I had any questions for her. She informed me that the Head Manager wasn't in and that they usually interview 2:1, and told me I could come in the next day to have my second interview. During that interview the manager basically asked questions about how I would be able to handle rude customers, fast paced work, and long clean up hours. She was very friendly and even laughed at some of the questions she asked. She told me they would do a background check and get back to me within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I was offered the job.
