Very easy. They only ask the very generic work questions. Its really about dress code and how well you can answer the questions. Past work experience, mistakes that you made, who is most dependable.

What was a mistake you made and had to fix or could you?
Extremely rude and wasn't willing to answer any questions I had. Interviewer stated they ask the questions and I do not. It was extremely disturbing and felt very deceptive. I was offered a position but I declined solely based off that interview.

Entretien
I got Called in for interview via phone. Went in the next day. It Was a group interview with a couple others.
And they will let you know on the spot if you are hired.
Very easy everyone was friendly welcoming they had snacks on the table while you are being interviewed. They are a good recommended company. Step 1 they wil great you and you will sit amongs 6 people about 3 people will ask you all the questions
