Entretien
I applied online and two days later got a phone call to come in for an interview. When I arrived I talked to the store manager for about 15 minutes. Over the course of the interview the manager told me I "fit a profile" and asked if I was interested in a Loss prevention job - security for the store. I said I was interested. I was asked to come back in a few days and interview with the regional head of security for Ross. After another very brief interview of about 15 minutes, they told me they would let me know. A few hours later I received a phone call offering me the job

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
