J'ai passé un entretien chez Rolls-Royce (Derby, Angleterre)
Entretien
Interview was extremely detailed, led by an engineer was was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Overall a tough interview but I got the job. Pretty standard for aerospace engineering. Was a long process though.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rolls-Royce (Bristol, Angleterre) en juill. 2017
Entretien
I applied in May 2017 and in 2 days I did receive a short call from HR, with some general Questions. After that, I was invited to a phone interview with the Chief Engineer. The interview took 30 minutes and was more competences based and current/previous experiences. After 2 weeks, RR invited me to an assessment day, which involved: Site Tour, Interview (Technical And Competency Based Questions) and Group Exercises. The site tour was amazing and the environment was really chill out. The technical interview was very difficult, with very specific questions about a Trent 900.
I didn't get an offer; however, the all process was amazing and Rolls-Royce people always treated me very well.

To identify very specific parts in an engine and to explain some of their functions and/or performances. If you have never worked in Engines, the interview can get really difficult.
