It was a three-step process: 1. Screening call 2. Phone interview 3. In-person panel style interview - you presented a presentation on a topic they provided ahead of time. This was then followed by discussing the presentation before transitioning into the typical interview questions for an analyst consultant role.

The process itself was long, but overall pretty positive. Applied over the website, received a phone call for a 'vetting' type HR phone interview asking the basic questions around salary expectations and reasons for leaving current role etc. The face to face interview followed a couple of weeks later. Feedback came around a month after that.
