A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Filled out the online application which requested your CV as well as information on you (date of birth, education...etc.). They also asked the typical questions like why Rolls Royce, why your chosen program...etc.
Data analysis questions, SJTs and the assessment center which had competency interviews, technical interview and group interview. Technical interview had a strong focus on problem solving and ability to work with interviewer

Entretien
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
