Entretien
Got through the online tests to the assessment centre.
Had to prepare a 5 minute presentation (4 questions which are given in invitation email). 15 minutes are taken to ask questions around that and Rolls-Royce in general
Technical interview lasting an hour

Question 1
1. Why do you feel RR is the perfect place to start your career?
2. Why this role in particular?
3. What are some key areas RR should consider to ensure they remain competitive?
4. External factors the business could improve in?
Technical Interview:
Starts off with easy questions around your degree: I.e How would you measure the speed of a rotating shaft?
Then you are presented with a diagram/graph and asked to explain it (done 3x)
Finally, a list of topics is given to you. You chose one topic and explain it in as simple terms as possible (all the topics are quite complex)
