I completed their summer internship before being hired full-time. For the System Design Integration Engineer role it is more important that the applicant have the right skill set in the aerospace engine industry than anything else.

It was a 2 stage interview. 1st stage was a call with an HR representative and second call was with a panel of managers including the hiring manager. Didn't get very technical, just went over my background and the position to see if it's a good fit.
