A three person panel interview consisting of
1. Senior Manager.
2. Departmental Manager.
3. Human Resources Manager.
The interview process was based on:
(a) Establishing a candidates suitability towards the companies vision, mission and objectives driven culture on continually developing a successful materials technology.
(b) Confirming a candidates suitability towards working effectively as part of a effective team independently
(c) Determining whether a candidates personality, stability and resolve matched the companies declared requirement on ethics and security of disclosure.
