No phone call, straight to Assessment Center held in Derby for 1 day with a group of potential graduates, apprentices, and interns. The day was divided into: - redoing numerical assessment (required to check we have not cheated online), - 1 group exercise (in my case, building a bridge made out of paper, cardboard, plastic cups, etc): the point here was to test teamwork, not the ability to build a bridge (remember that) - 1 personal interview (CV related questions) - 1 functional interview (of the scheme you apply for, in my case, project management)
