First an intervew with HR, then an interview with the direct manager, "homework" to prepare a presentation and examination of presenting orientation, and ultimately recommendations.

The initial interview was with an AI/video interview. Not ideal, you are only given 90 seconds to answer a question that would normally take 3 minutes. So it's a little bit off-putting because there is no human in the interview, so you can't read body language to know if you're going down the right path.....

Entretien
gut and langwierig. Man hat erstmal eine Kennenlernrunde und dann Fachgespräch - alles zusammen hat es ungefähr 3h gedauert. Das Fachgespräch geht ziemlich tief und im Gespräch beteiligt sind immer Führungspersonen.
