The hiring process was very long (~ 5 months) and poorly organized. It started with a brief call (20–30 minutes) with the team leader, followed by an on-site interview ( presentation + several 1:1 interviews). Lunch was provided by the company. When it was my turn to ask questions, their responses were vague and lacked clarity, which was a significant red flag. Over the next few weeks, additional interview calls, with the final one being with HR. All interviews focused solely on soft skills, with no evaluation of your background or technical skills, which made me question why they even required specific technical skills in the job posting if they weren’t going to evaluate them.
The last interview with HR felt misplaced, it should have been the first step, as it mainly covered the role and behavioral questions to assess team fit. HR was very unprofessional and completely unprepared for the interview. Overall, it was a waste of time. After completing the entire process, they assured me they would make a decision within a few days and contact me with the final outcome, but then… complete silence. No updates, no feedback, and no communication about whether the position had been filled. The position was closed in the online portal and this was the way to know you were not selected. Given the length and intensity of the process, this lack of professionalism was disappointing.
Additionally, they did not cover hotel or transportation costs for the on-site interview!!
