I was interviewed for healthcare customer experience specialist position online. The interview lasted one hour. It was great, the interviewers were professional and kind. They asked me about my last experiences and educations.

Never made it to the actual interviews with the hiring managers, so I wasn’t too sure how many round interviews this role was supposed to have (I lost interest in this role after hearing about the role from the HR + their attitude as stated below). The HR personnel I dealt with was rather dismissive when I stated my expected salary in the phone screening and left little to no room for my expected salary negotiation citing 'industry standards' (the usual spiel about how “we can only pay you x% above your current salary as that’s the industry standard”). Was not a pleasant experience and I would have expected a more courteous treatment from the HR, especially in an organization of such scale.
