Initial interview was supposed for 1 hour, but finally that was for 3 hours., I first met the HR person, the, I met jointly Finance and GM. These lasts seem not checked my cv before the interview, so they were like reading my profile then ask questions. It was amazing as experience as after that interview I didn't receive any information until they just called to say they will send me an offer by email, which happened after 3 days.

Round 1 was with the supervisor who assessed capability and capacity. Round 2 was a panel interview. Herein the focus was experience, practical problem solving and behavioral. There was lack of communication on progress of candidature and significant lag between interviews and feedback/outcome.
