Started with 30m HR interview. Next week 1 hour with direct manager and a week later an interview with the country manager for 30m. Generally the interviews questions went from easy with HR to specifics about the offered job with the direct manager and finalized with leadership and personal questions at the final interview, the country manager. Overall interviews were spot on and respectful. I was told usually there is an exam or test (at office), but since the Covid19 situation is on. An essay or virtual exam might be asked later.

Sehr angenehm, strukturiert, auf den Job fokussiert und gut erklärend. Im Verlauf des gesamten Gesprächs konnten immer wieder gut fragen gestellt werden um Unklarheiten und aus der Welt zu schaffen.
