Assessment day consisting of group exercises, little test and three 20 minute interviews including a stats based interview. We started the day with a icebreaker and there were around 30 people being assessed for the stats and programming roles. There was a group exercise to assess how we worked in a group followed by a small test. After lunch, there were three 20 minute interviews with a different panel each time and three interviewers each time.
