I applied online with my CV and cover letter. First, I was invited for a video interview, then to the assessment centre. The assessment consisted of 3 mini-interviews and a presentation about drug development.

They asked what I knew about the company, about someone that inspires me, why I'm applying. The assessment centre interviews are competency based, for e.g instances of team-working, how I manage my time, what I know about the role, why choose Roche, conflict situation...
