The interview process was well organized and my interviewers asked questions to assess cultural fit. I moved on to the next round for their assessment in Switzerland. As I am an international student I had to work through the Schengen Visa process. When the Roche recruitment team found out the amount of money needed to go through the process and tickets, they decided to take me off the list of candidates. This was very unexpected from a company their size and also very unprofessional.
