J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roche (Santa Clara, CA) en août 2016
Entretien
As a candidate a long distance from the company I had a phone call with the in house recruiter first. This was a pleasant and short (~20min) initial interview. This was followed by a one on one phone interview about a week later with the hiring manager for the position. This interview addressed areas of technical competency at a basic level, but was also less than 30 minutes and was more interpersonal. Yet another week or so later another call included the in house recruiter, the hiring manager, and a member of the team for the position in question. This interview was less than an hour in length and addressed similar basic level technical questions. Approximately a week later there was an interview via Skype with the hiring manager again, briefly, an additional team member, as well as two higher positioned scientists. The technical questions advanced in complexity but mostly focused on my academic, research and professional experience and qualifications. Within a month after this Skype interview I was asked to fly out to the company for the day to do in person interviews. The in person interviews included one hour interviews with five individuals and, including the provided lunch and tours of the facility, lasted 7 hours. Many various positions were represented, from prospective horizontally equivalent teammates to a founder of the company.
