The interview process started with your traditional recruiter phone interview and then moved to the hiring manager. The final interview process was panel style including the hiring manager as well as two current account managers. The entire process was extremely professional. The panel thoroughly answered the questions that I had. I enjoyed the interview process with Ventana.
