J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riverbed Technology (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2015
Entretien
This was through an employee referral. Absolutely always best through someone you know rather than a cold application. First was a phone interview with recruitment director. Followed up quickly with a F2F/121 interview with hiring manager, I had prepared a presentation about myself and my background which was a success. I had to present/sell a Riverbed solution to a panel of interviewers. Final piece was a 121 with the VP. Process was very quick as I had 2 other job offers on the table.

Question 1
The hardest part was to present a Riverbed solution to the panel. I had to learn the solution and then present and answer their questions.

Call with internal recruiter, online psychometric test, 1-1 with hiring mgr then panel.
Didnt receive an offer, which is absolutely fine, however received no feedback (besides lack of experience in public sector which was a bit odd considering it was a role for the commercial sector). Considering the time a candidate invests in an interview process, including a convoluted 1hr online self assessment, is simply unprofessional.
This aside, the process was well managed and relatively fast.
