I talked to them at a career fair, and one or two days later, I was offered an interview scheduled for the next week. This was an on-campus interview, since they had a satellite office where I went to school. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The first half was all behavorial questions, asking about my resume, about my projects, etc. A little time was spent asking abour Riverbed. Then, there was a 15 minute coding portion, where I solved a problem on a paper. There may have been more, but I was nervous and didn't get past one.
