Deplorable!!! Recruitment process went on for four months. Did ridiculous online behavioural test, waited two months and was then contacted out of the blue for interview with hiring manager (incidentally new grade inserted at GM level to devalue role). Following interview which seemed to go very well, I emailed RT recruiter with feedback. Received a positive response almost immediately and was told he would pass it on. Despite emailing recruiter ‘two months’ after interview I’ve never received a response either way. How is that professional? Is this how RT conducts business?
