Complete online application, you'll get an invite to complete a video interview (5 questions, 1 minute to read and think of an answer then another minute to record your response - unfortunately no re-do). About a 5 days after I completed those, I was sent an email from HQ to complete an assessment (write a response to a client) , 3 days I sent my assessment, I was invited to an interview. The time and date were changed two days before the actual interview. Went in for my interview at the centre, felt out of place, I think the manager was expecting a particular look, she seemed nice but not present during our interview. Asked questions right off the paper, barely made eye contact and when she did, it was an awkward stare.

I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process due to unclear communication and lack of transparency.
I received an interview invitation from a no-reply email address, which made it difficult to ask for clarification. The invitation stated that the interview type would be “Telephone/Online Interview,” but instead of providing a meeting link (such as Zoom or Google Meet), it included a physical address. This created confusion about whether the interview would be conducted online or in person.
Additionally, the interview invitation was sent only one day prior (H-1), and just a few minutes before the end of their working hours. This left very limited time to prepare or seek clarification.
On the day of the interview, I did not receive any further communication or instructions. There was no follow-up email, no call, and no meeting link provided. Surprisingly, the next day I received a rejection email stating that I was unsuccessful, without having had the chance to attend any interview.
Overall, the process felt unorganized and lacked clear communication. I hope the company can improve their recruitment process by providing clearer instructions, proper contact channels, and timely communication to candidates.
It was okay, average. You have to take a lot of tests and they check for past experiences. Working culture is fine but depends on the country and your center.
Application process felt smooth and easy overall. Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and the team followed up fairly quickly with updates, making the experience straightforward and well organized professional.
