Filled out an application online, was contacted within a day or two by an HR recruiter. Phone interview went well, I thought. I then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager for the center I was applying to. That interview also went well and I was asked to fill out additional paperwork, but I never heard from them...

All of the questions were pretty standard. How do you deal with customers who are upset? Are you able to work under pressure, etc. Nothing particularly shocking or difficult.
