they sent me an email to set up a phone interview for the next day. They called me and they explained me how the position is. After they invited me to a face to face interview, informal interview with some questions about customer service and reviewing my CV. At the end they told me they would contact me a long of the day. I didn´t get any feedback

Slow and not very helpful - found the whole process a bit rushed and not good for me. I am glad I did not get the role, to be honest.
