The process was one of my best experiences ever. I would highly recommend anyone that's a new agent to apply. They give agents a chance to be compensated while gaining exposure.
Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.

Tediously a waste of time with like 5 interview stages management waited over an hour after my appointment to start interview slot of applicants for 1 position commission is not even 80 percent of what you make

At least 4 interviews. They want to make sure you're a right fit. They provide a lot upfront to its employees so they expect a lot in return. The last interview is in person.
