Applied online, received email that I was selected to move forward with a phone interview. The person who interviewed me was cold and acted like she hated her job! Said I was qualified for listing agent and would hear back in a few days. Received a generic email that I was not qualified for agent but for some other positions. No thank you!
Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.

Tediously a waste of time with like 5 interview stages management waited over an hour after my appointment to start interview slot of applicants for 1 position commission is not even 80 percent of what you make
