Interview Process was smooth, fast and easy. I had four rounds of interview
1. Telephonic HR Round
2. Technical Round
3. Technical and Leadership Round
4. With the Co-Founder
After qualifying all these rounds, I was taken over a call with HR for salary negotiations.
❌️ I requested for the budget of the position prior the interview with the Co-Founder. The HR mentioned they don't have a budget (which is quite unbelievable) and they are fine with my expectations. Fast forward to the final HR call, they wanted to settle with providing 10% hike in salary!!!
I wasted my time and effort for this! Very disappointed!
Recykal, you can not expect anyone to change a job, a location, with 10% salary hike, that is also for a start-up!!!

3. Why do you want to change the job?
4. What do you understand by circular economy?

I want to thank the interview panel of this company for being so professional and kind throughout the entire interviewing process. The way they talked to me made me feel like we were having an interaction, and not just going through a list of questions. The day when I was called for my interview, I was able to sense the open culture due to the way in which they greeted me. Looking at how people in the company were interacting with each other made me feel like I should be a part of this family. And, fortunately, my last interview round went well – I did my best.
