The overall experience was warm and welcoming. The process involved five interview rounds, and the HR team was highly supportive throughout. Communication at each stage was clear, transparent, and prompt.

Question 1
One key question they asked me was about how I owned and delivered projects, and how I applied product management principles along with strategic decision-making to effectively handle conflicts among stakeholders.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez RealPage (Richardson, TX) en oct. 2017

I was contacted by a RP recruiter...Had 2 phone screens and then four 1-hour in-person interviews. The questions were not hard and I answered them very directly with examples of my successes using the STAR method. At the end the hiring manager seemed very interested in me. The next day the recruiter called to make me a verbal offer but I had to speak with the VP the following week. The VP was 20 mins late for the call and we spoke for 10 mins. Two days later the RP recruiter called me and said they were going to pass.... I am glad they passed because apparently, the hiring manager did not have any influence or the hiring authority. I also felt that making the verbal offer with so much uncertainty displayed bad character. If this is how they treat recruits I cant imagine how they treat employees.
Also, during the process, they kept hyping their growth and how they are going to be a $8 Billion dollar company in two years. From experience, this is a MAJOR WARNING sign... For one a lot of their growth has been from acquisition and they are hiring like crazy. If they cant achieve organic growth all of the new hires will be on the market very soon.
