They use AI. To review your résumé. They send you links to questionnaire and if the AI likes you then you’re brought in for an interview. once I was brought in, it was really easy. He was a quick interview and immediately seemed to warm up to me. He did note that the selection process was not something he was used to and that he was seeing a lot of candidates that were not appropriate for the grocery store clerk position because they were not personable. And is this would be a community facing job, the person would need social skills AI has not caught up with the fact that people know people, and they can only select a good employee. It was an interesting process, to say at least I was happy once I was able to get face-to-face with a person I was able to quickly win him over and I was offered a position within a few days.

The worst interveiw process they cancel interveiw one hour ago I was schedule an interveiw every time but they cancel at all location they send an interveiw date and time but cancel the interveiw last moment and even on their site they still not remove the job they already hired .
