Had a lovely chat with two HR ladies from Northern Ireland. I answered the first set of HR typical questions all good, they were great to talk to. Then we talk a bit about our lives and that so it was straight forward. I clarified i needed a visa beforehand and they said that was great all sortable. They sent a test challenge for me to do offline. I did it, passed it ok and sent it back. They answered me congratulating me for passing to the next round. Sent the details for two meetings on the same day, One for 1 hr 15 min and the 2nd for 45 min (one right after the other). They were technical and cultural fit interviews. Of course i had to ask for time off my current job to do them. I answered the questions ok without problems and had good instant feedback from the interviewers. They were nice. They said i will be hearing from them for the next round. Radio silence after that. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks after that, and not even a reply saying "sorry we went for someone else". Disappointed to not even have the decency of a simple email saying that, never mind any feedback. Hope you’re doing well!
