A 30 min Hiring Manager round, followed by a technical panel interview of 90 min, followed by a casual conversation with Sr Director/VP of engineering. Panel interview consists of Principal and Fellow Architect.

Entretien
I completed the first round with just the manager, who only asked some basic questions about my previous projects. Although I performed well, there’s been no further communication from the company. It feels quite unprofessional.

Entretien
First interview was essentially brief overview conducted by an HR representative. This was very light on information and they seemed mostly concerned with discussion of what alcohols were "on tap" in the office. A solid red flag to start! A technical interview followed which lasted around 1 hour and involved a pretty varied discussion around the questions regarding device drivers and networking. The interview panel consisted of 2 people, one of whom was both engaged and engaging while the other showed an alarming lack of interest throughout. Altogether it was a rather substandard and repellent experience.
