First interview in a long time that I felt respected as individual and not just another part of an recruiting checklist. Recruiters ensured to keep me up to date and hiring managers made themselves available behind the interview.

Entretien
After submitting my resume on the website, I got an email for a one-way interview with Hireflix. The expectation is that this would be a 3 question video interview and should only take a few minutes. After completing I got an automated email that, if they think I am a fit, they will reach out in 24-48 hours.

Entretien
This position is called Customer Activation Manager externally but internally CSM. This is not a true CSM role. From what I gathered you are an onboarding specialist focused on sales. The goal is to get customers to spend as much as they can within the first 90 days and the account manager owns the relationship after that.
The hiring manager was really nice but there was misalignment. I’ve only briefly done implementations so I think both the hiring manager and I realized this role may not be best suited for me.
