3 interviews - HR, Hiring manager, team. I was contacted twice to interview. My first time was in 12/2023 and HR didn't even call during the scheduled time. I received a call 30 mins later. Call was very laid back just asking about my experience. I received an email regarding setting up a time to meet with the hiring manager so I gave my availability and was just completely ghosted after that. I sent a follow up email a couple weeks later in hopes to remind them that I'm still waiting to set up a time and interested to move forward but didn't receive a response. I was contacted again last week (6/2024). Not surprising at all that HR once again did not call at the scheduled time. Call was quick and straight to the point. A week later I received the rejection email which was fine because I don't think this company is taking the interview process seriously
They rescheduled 4 times and always within the hour before. When the interview finally did happen, they said the exact position had been filled but they could keep my resume on file.

Quick interview process I got hired and got called in within a couple of days. The interview was very easy. Got asked really simple straight forward questions about the fashion industry.
