The people working there are lovely (all but management), interesting projects
Inconvénients
The founder and management team create a highly toxic and dysfunctional work environment. Leadership prioritizes personal biases over actual performance, frequently belittling employees and fostering a culture of fear and instability. Emotional outbursts and erratic decision-making make it impossible to work with clarity or peace of mind. Employees are often subjected to unfair treatment, and it's not uncommon for people to break down in tears at the office. The lack of professionalism and basic respect makes this a deeply unhealthy workplace.
