J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez REI (Cary, NC)
Entretien
The interview process was quick and painless. Involved a phone call with the store manager and regional director. They seemed to establish a quick correlation between my experience and the position and I received an offer in less than 72 hours via phone. Past the initial standard interview questions most of the conversation seemed to establish "experience" in the sense of outdoor experience or a familiarity with the Outdoor Equipment that the job involves. I was able to reference my Eagle Scout background and being raised in the mountains as well as my current running pursuits. This information was used to establish which departments I would ultimately be selected to work in. The staff was cheerful and friendly and I used my prior sales experience to connect the dots. The interview was only 1 round before the final offer was given.

Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
