Phone questions were fairly standard behavior and situation questions. In store interview on the other hand is a bit a wreck. The group interview for the most part only really measures your ability to accidentally sit next to intelligent people or if you did not your more of less screwed. The only thing they are looking for is your ability to talk to group situations, so if for instance your paired with people whom are socially retarded, your not going to do well. Overall though REI does seem like a good place to work honestly.

Online interview. After viewing question, you get 30 seconds to think and then must record an answer. You get 2-3 min per answer. If not satisfied with your first recorded answer, you have two more chances to re-record, and can then choose which of the three recordings you wish to submit. Five questions total. After this video interview, you may be offered a virtual or in-person interview with real people.
