The application process was long. Applied and it took 2 weeks to connect with the hiring manager. It was another month before they could schedule the interview with the lead.

I first spoke with the HR rep for a phone screening interview 5 weeks after applying. It was 6 weeks before I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager on the phone. Another 2 months goes by before I was asked to come in for a face to face with members of the team. These were done individually instead of panel based, which in my opinion, was very inefficient as most of their questions were the same. After the interview, it took another 3 weeks before getting back to me with a low offer and ultimately passing on the position.

Most of the questions were standard issue asking about experience and "what would I do" in specific situations.

What a waste of time. Based on the questions for yoru profile, had HR checked, they would have found out my minimum salary requirements and saved us all a lot of time. My fault also, I assumed they had read my REI profile. Definitely not a good experience
