Multi-stage virtual interview. This was done during 2020. Logic and psychometric testing, personal interview, technical interview. Since it was done in 2020 it was purely online, I applied for multiple companies and got multiple offers from KPMG, Telstra, Leidos etc, the REA process was one of the best and seamless. The technical interview was relatively straight forward, be prepared to think on your feet

I applied for REA Group's graduate program directly through their website, without any referral. The entire interview process was remarkably smooth and straightforward. As with many companies, REA conducted cognitive tests and video interviews as their initial stages.
The video interview questions primarily revolved around REA's values, personal background, and the connection between myself and REA. Overall, the questions were not overly challenging. I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with REA's values before beginning the interview process.
I received the Open Home invitation approximately a month after the video interview. Since the invitation date was less than a week before the Open Home date, I suggest preparing for it earlier to ensure ample readiness.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The Open Home consisted of three interviews: technical, behavioral, and group interviews. While I attended in person, there were also options for online participation.
Technical Interview:
Contrary to the approach of many tech companies, REA did not ask any Leetcode questions or conduct live coding sessions. Instead, the interview focused on understanding how candidates approached problem-solving. I was asked to demonstrate my solution on a whiteboard to two interviewers. The interview felt more like a discussion, and it wasn't overly challenging.
Behavioral Interview:
Similar to the video interview, the behavioral interview involved two interviewers and covered questions related to behavior and values.
Group Interview:
In the group interview, we played a card game as a team while two observers took notes.
Overall, I found REA's interviews for the graduate role to be manageable. They seemed more focused on understanding candidates rather than testing them rigorously. Expressing oneself as thoroughly as possible appeared to be key during the interview process.
