Thanks for leaving your feedback and we're genuinely sorry that you felt that your experience with Quick Release wasn't a positive one. The Assessment Centre in this instance was the CEME Conference Centre, specifically chosen for its outstanding transport links to all parts of the country but we will continue to collect the feedback from candidates and we're always open to change and improvement. We accept that we do place responsibility upon the candidate to organise their own transport to and from the Assessment Centre, and sometimes this can mean an early start. When candidates are travelling from further afield and it's unreasonable for them to travel to the venue on the day, then we have a process for supporting with this. This wasn't deemed to be appropriate in this instance given the length of journey required. We are looking to achieve an outstanding candidate experience, and thankfully the vast majority of the feedback that we receive suggests that we are succeeding in this. That said, there is always room for improvement and we will genuinely take the constructive elements of feedback from this review forwards into our monthly review meeting and give it due consideration.
