there is one phone call interview and onsite interview in sandiego .there are 5 rounds for onsite interview. it is almost a day process. one HR round and 4 technical rounds .free lunch is provided in one of the rounds.First with the HR round and lastly with the manager. Each round is about 45 minutes.
the whole process is quite comfortable and friendly.the entire schedule for the interview in given at the begining.

I met with a hiring manager, a senior engineer, and a director as well, each asking different technical questions and explaining the products they work on. They were impressed with my gradate level understanding of power converter wave forms, and did not ask a lot of analog circuit related questions.

0.5hr written test about C and Logistics
1.5hr interview face to face with the managers asking everything on the resume no matter it is job related or not
Does not require English speaking during the whole process of the interview
