summer and new year trip and dinner paid by company. however long hours of work with out pay is not worth to put extra effort

These are all that i used There is also a $300 gym membership reimbursement per year.
Bi-annual performance reviews are good to gauge what you should improve on, also means more cash/RSU bonuses.
health insurance is industry average. Best part is its salary at high end in the industry.
